Everyone reads the same two sections of their own profile against that same decision, which makes the answers comparable rather than theoretical. What surfaces is the gap between a decision being made and a decision being owned &mdash; most teams have several and have never named one. Each person then tells the team what they need in place to commit, asks for one change, and commits to one thing they will do differently. Runs in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Foundation chapter only.</p>
