  <p style="margin:0 0 14px !important; font-size:16px !important;">Your organization is running an Insights Discovery session, and you have been given a profile to bring with you. This course gets you ready for both.</p>
  <p style="margin:0 0 14px !important;">Most people open an Insights Discovery profile, read a few pages, and set it down without knowing what the rest of it is for. There are chapters describing how you communicate, what you contribute to a team, what conditions help you do your best work, and a set of charts at the back that look more complicated than they are. Know Your Profile walks you through all of it, so that when you sit down in your session you already know what you are holding.</p>
  <p style="margin:0 0 14px !important;">You will start with the idea the whole framework rests on: that we do not see the world as it is, we see it as we are. From there you will meet the four Color Energies, learn what each one prefers and what it looks like at its best, and begin to recognize them in the people you work with. Then you will map your own profile chapter by chapter and get oriented to the charts and the wheel at the back.</p>

Some of what is in your profile is best explored with a facilitator in the room and your colleagues alongside you.
