How it works

1 · Choose your seats

A seat for each person on the team, including you. Seats are priced on a graduated scale — each additional seat costs less than the first — and you can add more anytime as your team grows. Available as a yearly subscription or a one-time, one-year purchase.

2 · Take your seat, then seat your team

From Organization Orders, assign the seats — yours first, then each team member’s, one at a time or all at once. Each person’s access opens with their seat.

3 · Run the first experience

Open the Team Guide, pick the starting session, and follow it: what to say, what to ask, what to listen for. Thirty to sixty minutes of team time per experience.

4 · Keep the cadence

One experience at a time, at the rhythm your calendar allows. The Guide carries you session by session; the profiles do the rest.

Common questions

Do we need a facilitator?

No. The Team Guide exists so the work can be led from inside the team. If you work with an Insights Discovery® practitioner, they stay your practitioner — many teams run the collection between formal engagements.

Our profiles are a few years old. Do they still work?

Yes. Preferences are durable, and every experience points each person back to their own profile. Teams often find the profiles land differently — and better — the second time around.

We’re bigger than a small team.
