1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accepting a seat assignment, purchasing, or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts and seats

Access runs on seats. A membership purchase creates a membership seat; nothing at your access level is visible until that seat is assigned, and assigning it to yourself opens everything your membership level includes. For practitioner memberships, that level covers the practitioner collections, resources, and the Membership Hub; it does not include the learner courses, which open only with a learner seat — purchased separately, including by a practitioner for themselves. Seats are assigned and managed through Organization Orders.

  • Membership-pack seats (seats included with or purchased as part of a membership) run on the membership's term and expire with it.
  • Individually added seats are purchased by quarter and carry their own term: one year of access, expiring at the end of the purchase quarter one year out.
  • Seats are for one named individual. A seat may be reassigned once per term if the departing holder has completed 50% or less of the courses; beyond that, the seat stays with its holder for the term.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

4. Memberships, payment, and renewal

  • Team Guide Membership: yearly subscription (auto-renews) or one-time (one year of access, no auto-renewal), with graduated per-seat pricing as shown at checkout.
  • KNOW CP Membership (individual and Organization): one-time purchase; one year of access; no auto-renewal. Before expiry, at the start of the renewal quarter, our team conducts a renewal review covering the membership and all seats, with the option to consolidate seats into organization pricing.
  • KNOW LP Membership: full pay (one-time for one year, or yearly auto-renewing subscription) or split payment (twelve monthly payments). Split-payment plans are not eligible for the Practice Partner program; full-price memberships, paid once or renewed at full price, are.
  • Organization packaging is arranged by manual order and conversation; final organization terms are set out in the organization's order documentation.

Prices are as displayed at checkout. We may change pricing for future purchases and renewal terms; changes never apply retroactively to a term you have already purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Split-payment plans are a commitment to twelve monthly payments; a missed payment carries a 7-day grace period, after which the membership and its associated seats are revoked. All seat and membership prices are tax-inclusive.

5. Refunds and cancellation

All memberships and seats are valid for twelve months, expiring at the end of the quarter one year after purchase. Once a membership's personal seat has been activated, the membership is non-refundable; seat purchases are non-refundable.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases. For digital content, this right ends early when you expressly consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so; activating your seat constitutes that access. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be waived. [SETUP: add the express-consent acknowledgment checkbox to checkout — see notes]

6. Access rules and the sharing violation policy

Seats, sign-up links, and membership content are licensed to the purchasing account and its assigned seat holders only. Sharing seat sign-up pages, enabling access for people without purchased seats, or otherwise circumventing seat licensing is a material violation of these Terms and may result in revocation of the membership and all associated learner seats without refund.

The Team Guide leader-access mechanism (practitioners granting designated leaders access to the Team Guide) is part of the practitioner's membership and may be used only for leaders within the scope their membership permits.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content — the KNOW Model©, the ME™ Method©, course content, session kits, guides, resources, and site design — is the property of KnowviaME™, LLC and is licensed, not sold. You may use it only within your active seat or membership and, for practitioners, as your delivery rights permit. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.

Insights Discovery® and the Insights Globe® logo are registered trademarks of The Insights Group Limited, used under license by KnowviaME™, LLC. Nothing here grants any right in Insights Group intellectual property. Practitioner-facing resources are additionally subject to the practitioner's own Insights license terms.

8. Practitioner-specific terms

Practitioner memberships (CP, CP Organization, LP) are conditioned on holding a current, valid Insights Discovery® accreditation appropriate to the membership class. If accreditation lapses, the member has a 60-day grace period to restore it; after that, the membership and its seats terminate, along with any future Practice Partner payments not already committed. Practice Partner program participation is governed by the separate Practice Partner terms presented at sign-up.

9. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to breach or overload our systems, no scraping or bulk-downloading of content, no misrepresentation of affiliation, and no use of the platform to harass others.

Anything you submit on the platform (such as comments or community posts) must be lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights; we may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Communications

We send service communications (receipts, seat and renewal notices, the renewal review) as part of operating your membership. Marketing email is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe. Form submissions and scheduled calls create records in our CRM, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell or distribute your information.

11. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services we link to. Course content is educational; it is not psychological assessment, therapy, or professional advice, and outcomes depend on how it is used. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be limited for consumers in their home jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify KnowviaME™, LLC and its members, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights. This section does not apply to consumers where such provisions are unenforceable.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, including the sharing violation in Section 6, subject to the remedies stated there.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, except that consumers in the EU or UK retain any mandatory protections and forum rights of their home country.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email and posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
