Four sessions of sixty to ninety minutes, one per chapter section, in published order at published timings. Nothing is reordered or removed. What this design adds is everything the materials leave to you: what to prepare before each session, the content that appears only on the slide decks, the five places where one exercise feeds the next, and where the clock goes when a room runs long. The only build where all four team exercises survive, and the weeks between sessions are where what people write down actually gets used.

For the sponsor who can convene the room once. The same four sections, the same exercises, joined into a single day and reckoned against a real clock. Two configurations behave very differently: an assembled cohort runs everything at published timings and finishes at 15:30, while an intact team keeping all four team exercises needs either a longer day or roughly forty-five minutes of named reductions. This design gives you both clocks, the five reductions and what each one costs, the joins between four decks that were each built to stand alone, and what to do about a program that closes three times in seven hours.
