Give a read people can use. Take one without losing your footing.

You meant to help. They heard a verdict. That gap is where feedback does its quiet damage, and it opens from both sides — when you give a read, and when one lands on you. This course builds the self-leadership to work both sides of it on purpose, so feedback becomes something your team can actually use.

The skill to give a read that points at the work instead of the person, to catch a note landing on you before you defend against it, and to see the two separate patterns you run — how you give feedback, and how you take it.

Anyone who gives or receives feedback at work and wants it to land better — and teams ready to look at the feedback pattern they run together. Built to extend an Insights Discovery® experience you've already had.
