Not who sits where, but what the whole picture shows: where the weight sits, where it is thin, and what that predicts about how this team decides, handles pressure, and gets things done. Each person then reads two sections of their own profile against that picture and says what they bring to the mix as it stands now. It is the natural session for a team whose composition has changed, and the one that gives newer members a real place in a conversation they were never part of. Runs in 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
