Not who did what &mdash; what conditions were in place, and how many of them anybody actually arranged. Each person reads one section of their own profile against that work: what they brought to it, and what the team did that let them bring it. The second question is the session. It turns individual contribution into a team condition, and a condition is something that can be put in place again on purpose. Runs in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Foundation chapter only.</p>
