The colleague is never named. Everyone then reads two sections of their own profile &mdash; one against what they need in order to extend trust, one against what they do that makes themselves harder to rely on. Each person tells the team what earns their trust, names one thing they do that costs it, requests one change and commits to one thing. The session only ever asks what earns trust, never what broke it. Runs in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Foundation chapter only.</p>
