The client said yes to the conversation.
Now send them the proposal.

You already do the hard part: the room, the wheel, the moment a team sees itself clearly. The part that eats your evenings is packaging what comes next. The Proposal Generator turns a conversation about a team, or a leader, into a client-ready proposal in your name, the same day.

A proposal, not a course list

Name what the team is dealing with, and the generator writes a clear purpose, goals in the client’s terms, the signs of progress you will look for, the scope, and a week-by-week schedule. Edit anything before you send it.

Team engagements and leader coaching

Stack eight components, from first profiles to recurring coaching, or build a 1:1 leader coaching engagement. Put the sessions in your own order; the generator flags any placement a session kit advises against.

Your prices, your currency, your name

Quantities come from the schedule, priced by session type. Enter your own rates in your own currency, show one total, or keep it to wording only for your own template.

Team Development Proposal

A twelve-week engagement for [TEAM NAME]

Purpose

This proposal sets out a twelve-week engagement with [TEAM NAME], focused on trust and how meetings run. The work combines Insights Discovery® profiles and a Foundations session for every member, facilitated sessions that work from the team’s real situations, and a closing session in which the team writes its own working agreements. Each part builds on the one before, and progress is reviewed along the way.

Goals

The engagement is designed to help the team:

– Rebuild a working definition of trust the team can act on and hold each other to.

– Redesign how meetings actually run, against how each color energy experiences them.

What progress looks like

Progress shows up in day-to-day work before it shows up anywhere else. Signs I will look for include:

– Team members describing what earns trust here in their own words.

– A meeting practice from a session still running weeks later, without prompting.

Scope of work

1. Foundations: First Profiles

Every team member completes the Insights Discovery® Evaluator and receives a personal profile. The team then debriefs together in a facilitated Foundations session, including a team wheel overview, and leaves with a shared language it can use the next morning.

Delivery: a half-day session (about three hours), in person. Before the session, each person completes Know Your Profile, so the team wheel is read from a shared footing.

2. The Team Coaching Journey

A sequenced coaching arc built around the topics that matter most to this team.

Delivery: Team Coaching Sessions, 75 minutes each, in person. Each session takes one topic, needs no pre-learning, and works from the team’s own experience.

1. How We Run Meetings: the team redesigns how its meetings actually run.

2. What Earns Our Trust: the team maps what trust looks like through each color energy and names what earns it here.

3. How We Make Decisions: the team maps how decisions really get made and closes the gaps.

The culmination: Our Working Agreements

With the sessions above behind it, the team spends 120 minutes turning what it has learned into three to six working agreements it wrote for itself, each one owned and dated. A 45 minute follow-up, on a date the team sets at the close of that session, reviews which agreements held, which lapsed, and what changes.

How progress is reviewed

The engagement includes a midpoint review and an end-of-engagement review against the goals above.

Also included

Leader conversation coaching: before coaching sessions, I coach the team leader to open the conversation with the team, so each session starts with substance already in the room.

KNOW Online learner seats: each team member receives access to the courses and resources used between sessions.
