Rolling KnowviaME™ out across an organization isn't a software purchase; it's a commitment to how your people work through pressure, feedback, and conflict. That's why organization packaging is always shaped in conversation. Multi-practitioner, multi-seat, and multi-year commitments, and a commitment to organizational culture change, are always considered in final organization packaging.
And every seat keeps pointing each person back to their own Insights Discovery® profile, so the language stays anchored in how your people are actually wired rather than fading into generic training.
You don't need to be accredited to start this
Many of the people who bring us in aren't practitioners; they're the ones responsible for making learning stick. If your organization has accredited practitioners, their CP Memberships become the delivery engine. If you're not sure what delivery looks like yet, that's part of the first call.
