What this is
Question Roulette is a five minute opener. Pick a tier, spin, and let the question land. Everyone answers in a round robin, or the room splits into pairs and shares. There are no right answers and nothing to prepare.
The questions build on what people already know about their own preferences and working style. They work best after a team has been through an Insights Discovery® session with their practitioner, and they are designed to keep that work in the room between sessions.

Keep it short
