The Team Guide walks whoever is leading the conversation through running the Exploration Collection with their team. Often that's the team leader; it doesn't have to be. Everyone on the membership gets the Team Guide, along with the Exploration Collection and the Learner's Lounge, for every seat you purchase.
What's included

Every course keeps pointing each learner back to their own Insights Discovery® profile. The profile stays open, in hand, and in use, not read once and shelved.
How seats work
Your first seat is yours. Every seat after that belongs to a team member you assign. Seats purchased with your membership run on the membership's term and expire with it, all together.
Need to add someone later? Added seats are purchased by quarter and carry their own term: a year of access, expiring at the end of the purchase quarter one year out. Add a seat in November and it runs through the end of December the following year. Most teams simply renew together so everyone stays on the same clock.
It works when you use it alone. It works best when the whole team is in it. Seat pricing reflects that:

Subscription renews automatically each year. One-time gives you the same year of access with no renewal; when the year is up, you decide. One person plus a team of ten: $2,175 per year on subscription, or $2,450 one-time.
