Knowing what to run with a team next is the hard part.
They have their profiles. The session landed. And there are a dozen directions you could take them. This collection gives you one worth reaching for.
Each session takes something the team is actually living with — a meeting they all sit in, how decisions get made, how work gets handed off — and has every person read named sections of their own profile against it. What surfaces is specific rather than general. Everyone leaves having told the team how they contribute best, asked for one change, and committed to one thing.
Once you have run one session you can run any of them. The shape does not change; the teaching, the profile sections and the prompts do.
Why we are here, and the ground rule.
The argument, then the color energy lens on it.
Silent. Each person reads their own profile against the anchor.
Trade both answers. One question, asked until it lands.
One sentence each, said to the room and captured.
One ask, one offer.
Read it back, name the pattern, set the next thing.
Session Card, Why This Topic, Background Brief, Run Sheet, When It Goes Sideways, a slide deck, and the participant capture sheet. The first three help you decide and sell it. The Run Sheet is what you take into the room.
One two-page sheet. Page one is theirs and is never collected, which is what makes honest reading possible. Page two holds only what they said out loud, and is typed up so the team has a record.
What a Team Session is, what has to be true before you book one, and the rules and craft that carry across every topic. Eight lessons, about fifty minutes. It also holds the two documents every session assumes: the session recap template and the Carry Forward sheet.
Open Start Here →Sessions run perfectly well on their own. Run in sequence they compound, because each one produces material the next can use. These are the orders that work; a practitioner assembles them from the seats they already hold.
For a team that is not made up of the same people it was.
Joiners, leavers, a restructure. The team carries an understanding of itself that is a couple of years out of date, and the newer members are working to terms nobody ever stated.
For a team where the work is harder than it needs to be.
Nothing is wrong exactly. Meetings run long, decisions do not quite stick, and people find things out later than they needed to. The most immediately practical sequence.
For a capable team that works well in places and not in others.
Work routes around certain people. Some pairs are effortless and others are effort, and the team has quietly explained that to itself as personality.
For a team where too much sits in individual heads.
Growth, departures, or a wave of leave coming. This sequence reads to a sponsor as risk rather than development, which often reaches a different budget.
For a team finding out whether this is for them.
The lowest-risk entry point. Nothing exposing is asked of anybody, and it still ends with something written down. Also the answer for a client who wants working agreements and has run nothing.
Every session is a complete kit. Nothing here needs building before you can deliver it.
Bringing a team back to work it has already done.
How the work actually moves between people.
How people treat each other while doing it.
What the team is, and what it holds itself to.
More sessions are in development across the four families, including work on pressure and load, working across difference, and repair after a rough exchange. Founding members see them as they land.
